SPRING IS IN THE AIR

SPRING A COLORFULL SEASON
CAN’T WAIT FOR THE COLORFULL SEASON, LETS LOOK INTO QUICKWAYS TO A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN
A question I ask myself; what is it that makes us wanting to blow colour into landscape?
Could it be the dullness of winter........?
Does your garden look like this one dull and empty?

Well friends now that its spring, my mind jumped to get colour into this ugly dull and empty garden of mine.
I applied my creative mind and identified pots; plants, poles, old furniture and paints as my source for brighten my garden. Are you creative can you also identify the same as I did? I am going to tell you in a few steps how to brighten you dull garden to a most enjoyable outdoor sight. But remember there is only one important aspect you need to take into consideration; you have to concentrate on a certain area for your flowerbeds and accessories as this are the key impact to a garden. That place will be your MASTERPIECE!!
It was an early Saturday morning when my new born garden will become a reality; I jumped out of bed and identified the area where I want to create MY MASTERPIECE.
I am going to use five quick ways to do a most beautiful garden, come follow me as we run off to the shops to get what we need. Remember you already identified pots; poles, old furniture and paint. With this you can create a most enjoyable sight outdoor.
1. For the fencing you will need two colours of paint and a spray gun, for the dull split pole fencing you will get a matt colour and for the trellis a brighter colour. Try it and see it will bring a total different atmosphere to your garden.
2. Plant poles in different heights and paint it the same as the trellis, this will bring harmony between the levels, like in this case from the high wall to the lower. A different way of glamour in the garden; who says we always needs expensive features.
3. Choose flowers that will fit in with your colour scheme you chose. This will strengthen the impact of your garden. There is so many colours to chose from here is some flowers for quick colour (Pelargonium peltatum) serves as ground cover and flower from spring to autumn;(Kalanchoe blossfeldiana) flower in shades of pink, red, yellow, orange and white;(Pelargonium) “Pink Fireworks” flowering for months.
4. Then we need to add water to the garden, this gives that extra amazedness. The easiest way is to take a water bowl and let it stand on a layer of white pebbles and round it of with mosaic on the edge.
Then just a tip: A WATERBOWL will even look nicer if you have a plant growing in it.
5. Last but not least; its time for the furniture to do the final touch to your masterpiece. No, no do not buy new ones; use the old ones you have. It’s amazing what a little bit of sanding, painting and new coverings can do. Remember before you paint any old furniture you have to remove the old ones by sanding it and then paint.

Sometimes in life we need to let go of fear what others will say; and let our minds run with ideas and see what hidden talents we have. I am learning to do that now in my middle age years. I have given you an idea on how to create a beautiful place that once was an old dull ugly place. But this will not be the last of me,

MASTERPIECE
